Eric Tillich
Begins as Vice President of Advancement at LSF
Brings 18 Years Experience
as Fundraiser

Eric
Tillich took up the position of as the Vice President of Advancement at
Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) on June 15, bringing 18 years of fundraising
experience to the organization. The position is a new one at LSF,
bringing together the work of development, church and community relations
and public relations.
"Eric comes to LSF after having raised millions of dollars in various
charitable settings throughout his career," said LSF CEO and President
Samuel Sipes. "He has a passion for what we do and will be an
invaluable addition to the LSF staff."
Tillich most recently worked on the executive team for the Concordia
University System and the Foundation of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod
in St. Louis. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Development and
Chief Development Officer for the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra from
2004-2008. His other development experience includes work for Marian
College, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Milwaukee School of
Engineering, United Way of Greater Milwaukee, and Bethesda Lutheran Homes,
all in Wisconsin. In addition, Tillich worked early in his career as a
political fundraiser.
Tillich has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of
Wisconsin-Madison and a Masters degree in organization, leadership and
quality from Marian College.

committed to sharing the message and expanding the compassionate and
generous partners that LSF has for this important ministry."
Lutheran Services Florida is a statewide, nonprofit, human services agency
dedicated to helping all people in need regardless of religious affiliation,
age, or national origin. Headquartered in Tampa, the agency operates
more than 65 programs throughout Florida. Since 1982, more than
850,000 in need have received assistance from LSF to rebuild their lives.
